All operatives are trained to the highest standards available. The group ensure compliancy to CSCS CPCS and NVQ standards, whilst also maintaining membership to the Construction Health & Safety Group (CHSG) for ongoing safety training and the Constructing Better Health Scheme (CBH) for ongoing medical monitoring.
The Group operatives are equipped with a high standard of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and a standard is set through the group which rivals other Construction companies. The Kelly employees have been identified as the smartest employees on site in the past, something which is not often remarked to within the industry.
A safe and healthy workforce is very important to the Kelly Group who diligently strive to maintain the highest health and safety standards. This has been reflected in the “Million Man Hours Worked” without a reportable incident achieved at the Eastern Ticket Hall Crossrail project.
The Group are committed to continually improve the health and safety of the workforce ensuring that the employees all go home to their families at the end of each working day. This is by far the most important point by the Chairman Daryll Kelly.
